THE MISSION OF CARE  proudly presents the ADULT CARE ESSENTIALS PROGRAM:

Faith Tabernacle Church is on a life long mission to serve the community while leading people to Christ. For a limited time, we will be able to supply income eligible seniors who live in Delaware County with incontinence products on a monthly basis. The program requires seniors to complete an application and return it to us for approval. Eligible seniors are encouraged to apply, as resources are limited.
